Expo Day - Startup Registration Form

Date: 7th November 2019
Registration Time: 9 am
Event Time: 12 pm to 5 pm
Venue: 3rd floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore.

Shortlisted Startups will receive an email and an update on Plan9 Facebook/ Instagram page.
All Startups must carry their lanyards during the Expo day. It will be available at the registration desk on the ground floor from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm (only).

Specifications for setting up the stall:

1. Up to 4 representatives from the team are allowed.
2. Table Size of 3ft x 3ft will be provided to you on which you can setup the stall.
3. You can create the branding of your company the way you would like (brochures, pamphlets, roll-ups etc). However, due to space constraints standees are not allowed.
4. Any additional material such as screens and sound systems are allowed. Please share a list of the items that you may wish to bring on the day of the event in order for the security clearance at the entrance gate.
5. Our vision is to make Startup Expo an experiential ground for the attendees. Make sure you come up with activities designed around your product to engage the audience.
6. We'd like you to attend other workshops and trainings as part of the Launchpad proceedings. Despite that it is mandatory that at least one team member should be present at the stall at all times during the Expo day.
